How it works

The first step in your Coaching & Mentoring journey is to book a call so we can have a comprehensive discussion about your current management style, workplace environment, as well as, both short and long-term visions for your practice.

This step is crucial to determine if our Coaching & Mentoring service aligns with your needs.

Should you wish to move forward the steps are as follows:

  • Establish Baseline: A discussion will be had with the Practice Manager to establish their strengths, weaknesses and the challenges they are facing.
  • Personalised Coaching Plan: We will then create a coaching or mentoring strategy that aligns with your goals and practice dynamics.
  • Regular Mentoring Sessions: Engaging in one-on-one or group sessions with the relevant staff and
    focus on developing solutions to issues and implementing systems where applicable.
  • Progress Tracking: We document all changes and system implementations, regularly adapting them to suit evolving needs and ensuring they remain effective.

About Denise Pacey

I’m on a mission to revolutionise the way medical practices operate.​

Drawing from my extensive career in the Medical Industry, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to manage a thriving specialist medical practice.

My expertise spans across HR, Legal, Financial, and IT domains, providing a comprehensive approach to Practice Management. My leadership has guided teams of up to 30 employees, driving practices towards significant profitability, even through challenging times including COVID-19.

My approach is built on three key pillars: having the right systems, software and empowering teams.

I became a Certified SYSTEMologist, embracing the philosophy that practices should work smarter, not harder.

This principle is at the heart of Pace MediSystems, ensuring efficiency and success in every aspect of Practice Management.
